BioEnergetic. Childish. Total Spaz. Shuichi is an ambitious young man who has long striven to be just like his idol -- Ryuichi Sakuma (the lead singer of his favorite band, Nittle Grasper). While still very young, he helped form the two man group, BAD LUCK, with his friend Hiro on guitar.
One day Shuichi's life was turned around while writing lyrics in a park at night. The paper with his writing is taken away by the wind, and into the hands of a mysterious man who tells him that his writing is terrible. Shuichi didn't know right away -- but this was love at first sight. He became obsessed with finding this man to make him explain himself -- only to find out that he's a very famous romance author, by the name of Yuki Eiri.
Shuichi's career started to take off at the same time as his rocky romance with Yuki -- making things very tough on Shuichi and everyone around him. Between getting a record contract, playing live shows, being under pressure to improve as a musician, a psychopath American manager, the reformation of Nittle Grapser, and dealing with his feelings for Yuki -- the kid had alot going on.
Soon he would have to come to the realization that it was no longer his goal to be Ryuichi, but to surpass him.
